BISHAN
PRAWN FISHING
Pond A & B - (Minimum of booking must be at least 25rods and above)
7pm onward - min. 35rods per pond
Pond C, D, E & F - (Minimum of booking must be at least 15rods and above)
7pm onward – min. 25rods per pond
9pm onward – min. 30rods per pond
Booking Rate:
$18/rod/1hr
$28/rod/2hr
$33/rod/3hr –
*Additional hour will be charge at $11/per hour.
JURONG
PRAWN FISHING

PUNGGOL
PRAWN FISHING
Pond A & B (Minimum of booking must be at least 20rods and above)
Fri, Sat and PH - min.25Rods per pond. - Before 5.00pm
CRAB FISHING
Min. 15rods
Booking Rate:
$18/rod/1hr
$28/rod/2hr
$33/rod/3hr –
*Additional hour will be charge at $11/per hour.
NELAYAN PRO FISHING
Minimum of booking must be at least 100rods/hr and above
Booking Rate: $5per/rod+line+hook
Maximum time for Fishing – 3hr During The Event
**All activities held in Punggol must end by 5.00pm, and 2.00pm on Sunday
*Fridays to Sundays/ Public Holiday's/Public Holiday Eve's
There will be an extra charge of $300/pond for bookings made for/during the above mentioned hours.
Peak hours: 5.00pm to 3.00am.
Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit(amount to be fixed by Hai Bin).
Prawning Equipment & BBQ Equipment
-Rods & Baits are provided at no additional costs.
-Charcoal, Fire starters, Satay sticks and Salt are provided for BBQ at no extra costs.
-Plastic bag are available for take-away.

Terms and Conditions
1. Mode of Payment
Unless otherwise agreed:
(a) Upon acceptance of this Sales Contract, the Organiser shall remit the cash/cheque (personal cheque not allowed)
(b) Hai Bin Enterprise will send out an invoice upon receipt of the signed quotation.
(c) Full payment must be made latest 3 days in advance before the date of event.
(d) If in the event that payment is not made to Hai Bin Enterprise Pte Ltd, Hai Bin Enterprise Pte Ltd reserves the right to take any appropriate legal action in order to recover the said sum.
2. Termination
(a) Should the Organiser withdraw the Event or terminate this Sales Contract, a sum equivalent to a minimum of 60% of the Contract value shall be made payable to Hai Bin Enterprise Pte Ltd.
(b) Should the event be held back by bad weather conditions, posts phoning of events are subjected to Hai Bin Enterprise Pte Ltd assessment on a case to case basis.
3. Non-availability
In cases where the nominated venue is not available owing to unpredicted circumstances, Hai Bin Enterprise Pte Ltd reserves the right to move the event to an alternative venue, without any changes in terms or total cost payable.
4. Exclusion
Hai Bin Enterprise Pte Ltd shall not be under any liability to the Organiser whether in contract tort or otherwise for any death, or personal injury suffered by any person or for any loss or damage to any property.
5. Indemnity
The Organiser shall indemnify Hai Bin Pte Ltd Enterprise against all claims in respect of damage, loss or injury of every description arising directly or indirectly out of the Event.
6. Additional Cost
In the event of supplementary costs was incurred in carrying out additional work for the Organiser owing to the changes or additions not provided in this Sales Contract, the Organiser shall pay additional costs as required by Hai Bin Enterprise Pte Ltd.
7. Remarks
(a) All prices quoted in this Sales Contract are in Singapore Currency.
(b) Hai Bin Enterprise Pte Ltd reserves the right to null and void this Sales Contract without prior notice.
